Panel Light Comes On

My Whole Instrument Panel Lights Up , When My Brakes Are Applied Like If My Head Light Are On. Why Is That

Has the brake or tail light bulbs be changed recently. If so the bulb may be improperly installed or an aftermarket bulb causing the issue.
