Reverse Gear Problem

sir,Ihave purchased hyundai grand i10 in the month of march this year from k c hyundai sringar j&k ..from the very first day there is problem in the revrse gear of the car and i had visited the showroom Atleast 10 times but the problem is not solved till date... Is there any one who can help me out like customer care head of hyundai company..then please provide me the contact no and email id of the person.I will be higly oblidgedMudasir war
