Stops Driving Halfway Up The Hill

Hi. I get an error and mower shuts off mid hill. It is a W520i. This is when I need it the most. I've tried it in the lowest speed setting and the highest with and without the blade engaged. Same results. I power it down and power it back up and resume. I am using the BLi950X Battery.Hard to claim this is a professional grade product.
