I could not identify any reference to the wiring in the guide. However it is possible that they could attach to the starter solenoiid if there is one. I assume this as it has a mains starter system. You do not state whether you can start the blower or not so I am making an assumption. If you can find the solenoid in the engine area and verify if there are any wires missing. Otherwise if the run/stop switch also has the function of stopping the engine as an alternative, then it could be located on the ignition coil as in a car to remove the gound or supply to the ignition. It all depends on how they have configured the ignition system.
