1.locate the gearbox near where the trimmer head and shaft connect.

2.Insert an Allen wrench or ather object into the whole

3.Grasp the head of the trimmer and begin twisting.

4.Perfom any maintenance or prepare a replacement head for installation...and those are the easy steps of changing trimmer head
