Fan Runs Constantly
Installed the new thermostat & the fan runs constantly, even when system is set to off & fan switch set to auto. Even when I unplug the unit from the wall

Flat-head screwdriver
Small Phillips-head screwdriver
Hammer
Electric drill and 3/16" bit
Two 1.5 Volt (AA) size alkaline batteries
