If they are standard rubber grommets then a site like Ali-express or Ebay would be able to supply a suitable alternative. You only need to know the size of the hole to obtain the size of the grommet. And then you need the size of the screw to allow the fixing to go through the grommet. This will then give the necessary support.

Just put grommet in your search.

Example: https://rb.gy/j5dald for Ali.

https://rb.gy/hdnhl1 for Ebay

Hope that helps.

If you can't get what you seek from the manufacturer [use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/hunter/customer-service], request a part number. Then (with or without a part number) try
  1. https://encompass.com/
  2. https://www.diyspareparts.com/
  3. a search engine like Google's or Bing
  4. http://www.searchtempest.com/, which displays global listings from eBay, Craigslist, and other sources

(For option 4, you may want to use a free tracking program like https://www.followthatpage.com/ to save you from having to repeat your search over time.)
