Sicil Fan Model 21315

pull cord for fan just hanging someone may have pulled to hard where does it go? fan still running and remote doesnt seem to control fan or light i replaced battery i remove light base when i pull light chain it comes on but when i pull fan chain nothing chain is disconnected help my manual does show where to replace hanging chain fan was pit up 5 yrs ago

You'll need to pull the light kit and open up the switch junction cup, to check for broken pull switch or connections.
