If you want to conect both to a tv it will be necessary to daisy-chain the aerial cable through the two receivers. if you have two connections on your TV. I.E. Scart and HDMI. The 9300 has an HDMI output and is newer. The Fox would be better on the Scart. Put the 9300 as the first in the chain to improve signal quality on record. If you only have one input connection which I assume would be a scart as newer TVs have multiple inputs you would need a scart switch to select the receiver you want to watch.
