I Want To Talk To A Person Now Right Now
Why do I get put on hold so that i end up over your hours of operation and, what? I can wait until tomorrow??? That is shady !!! All I want is someone to answer my very easy, normally polite questuions; which as i see it is in fact YOUR ONLY JOB SO STOP ROUTING MY CALLS THROUGH MACHINES AND TALK TO ME. Then I will be much more amiable. I hope this doesn't poison our friendship! Bye!
