My Name Is James Deberry And I Have Been Trying To Receive A New Card
since Oct. 31, 2013 so that I can make a doctors appointment since I have never used my benefits. I have called and even tried to log into the web system which would not let me log in. Can I please get some help.

They will be able to locate you in the system and assist you on getting card and any other questions you may have regarding benefits. They may also have department that deals with online technical support for issue with login.
