How Do I Know If The Device Is Charging

1. Check the indicator on the wireless charging pad. If the indicator is off, check whether the charging pad, cable, charger, and power supply are properly connected. It is recommended that you remove and insert the wireless charging pad again.
2. Check whether foreign objects are stuck between your phone and the wireless charging pad. If so, remove them. Wireless charging works by converting electric energy into magnetic energy before transmitting it to the phone. If something interferes with the magnetic energy, it will affect the charging of your phone.
3. During charging, place the phone on the center of the wireless charging pad to prevent the phone from moving. Otherwise, the wireless charging may not work.
4. Check whether you are using wired charging. If wired charging and wireless charging are used at the same time, wired charging will be prioritized.
