Phone Unresponsive
whenphone when I turn my phone on, I get the O2 screen come up then nothing. A complete blank screen. The touch screen buttons at the bottom off the screen light up but nothing on the screen. I have removed the battery and tried to reset it and still nothing. What can the problem be?
