Your question was truncated on account of your attempting to squeeze it all into the title--so I haven't all the facts. However, if the website is rejecting correct login credentials, I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.

It's possible the problem is on your end. If so, follow the steps I've put at the end.

For your email address, it's also possible that your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox.

If the problem is on your end:

1. Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. If the problem is not solved...

2. Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...

3. It may be necessary to update your browser; links for updating various browsers may be found on this Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/help.php?page=742

Your question is incomplete' however if you are Unable to sign-in to Hotmail please click here and follow the instructions.

If you're sure that you're using the right password...

but it says your password is incorrect, make sure that Caps Lock is off. Passwords are case-sensitive.
and service status is green, but you still can't sign in, someone might have gotten your password and is using your account. See My account has been Hacked.

If you've forgotten or lost your password, you'll need to reset it.

If you're still having problems with signing in, contact customer support.
