Talking To A Real Person To Fix An Email Password Problem

i have forgotten my password, but my hotmail account has MY WHOLE LIFE in it, and I want to get it back. I am willing to pay tech support to help me prove whatever I need to prove to get my life back. Anyone out there have a solution?
