Sending Email Did Not Sent At All
I sent an email with a lot attachments regarding a job and the people said they did not received my email but it said that it sent on the hotmail account

If the email had a lot of attachments, you could have exceeded Hotmail's max file size of 10MB (per The Windows Club). Try breaking the attachments up over multiple emails, or else upload your files to OneDrive and email the file links.
