Password Reset And Activate Hotmail Account
I need help! I can not reset my password even with all the PIN #s given.
I've had this account for years and depend on this site for job hunting. PLEASE HELP.I am so frustrated that I can't reset my password. I was locked out because of too many tries when I only tried once and my passwoed is set in there. What is going on? Many other people have this issue. Was it an attempt to hack in or is it Hotmail issues? No phone # to talk to a real person.

After several unsuccessful sign in attempts, Windows Live ID automatically sets a "locked out" period. This prevents access to your account, even when the correct password is supplied for security reasons.
