Cant Open Email

Dear Support,I am unable to open my Hotmail account .I have tried the recovery process but I get a reply that the account could not be recovered and I need to open a new account.but I need to have access to my old account as have lot of important information in that.Please give me possible solution to open my old account

The link provided in the prior answer only refers you to a user forum, which may or may not help you. Try the following, after making sure you haven't disabled any scripts.

I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
It's possible the problem is on your end. If so, follow these steps:

Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...
Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
