Locked Out Of My Account

I have had my password changed and now I can't get back in to my account. I am in a spiral of asking for and entering codes that all seem to get me back toy the same point. Sometimes I can get in to reset my password but the new password doesn't work and I then have to start the cycle of asking for and entering codes.
