Locked Out Of Account

I'm from the US and while traveling through Dubai I was locked out of my account. I have filled out the requested from at least 3 times or more and I have called the customer service desk who said I would be able to log into my account within 24-48 hours. I still have not been able to log back in, any suggestion as to how I can back into my account. I no longer have the same phone number you have on line so the password can not be texted to me. The account I'm locked out of is I have had this account since 2009 and would like to get back in. I can be reached at with any response since I'm unable to log in to my other account, thank you.

I suggest you follow up with the service desk (even more so because of the now invalid phone number) as Helpowl is a third party Q&A with limited support.
