I'm Having Accses To My Account But Can't Change My Settings
I'm having accses to my account but can't change my settings for my alternative account. what to do? help plece. I cant do anything anymore

There is a 30 day hold before security information changes are applied. And there is sadly no way around that 30 day wait. What you can do now is to add a new alternate address that you do control or have access to. After verifying that address, 30 days later you will be able to delete the older address and change your profile :(
