How Can I Get My Hotmail, Now Called Outlook, To Look The Way It Used To.

I liked it the old way and I can not figure out how to reply to a message

You are correct about Outlook being your email provider now. As for the appearance of your inbox, this is the view you will continue to see from now on.

You have the option to "reply" once you are actually within the email you want to reply to.
