My Hotmail Account Has Stopped Accepting My New Mail...
new mail stops and then I got 26 a few days ago. Today one came in. NOT UNDERSTANDING what the heck is going on....

here are some reasons why the email doesn't go to your Inbox:
- Junk Mail filters (Check junk mail filters and ensure that it is not set to exclusive which sends all mails from non-contacts to junk).
- Custom filters (Custom filters could be filtering messages to some folder or deleting them).
- The domain has been blocked (Hotmail has blocked the 3rd party sender)
- Mail forwarding enabled (You have enabled mail forwarding and mails are forwarded to a different email address that you have set in your account.)
- On your Inbox, click the gear icon and select More mail settings on the dropdown list.
- Under Managing your account, click Email forwarding.
Note: If it's set to Forward your mail to another email account, tick on Don't forward then click Save.
