Email Address

I cannot get into my emails. I had a message from you saying someone might be using my account. You sent me at 1 point a code which I have tried many times and my mobile no. and I cannot get in. It asked for another email address which I don't have. Can you please help. I contacted Ebay as I get emails through them and asked them to check and there is no error in that section. I am sure I will have plenty of emails that I haven't been able to access. I only have until the 22.2.16 according to email I received from you. It also said I don't know how you can email me unless you some how go through ebay.Please help
