Account Verification/new Account
I have been asked to verify my account due to unusual activity, I tried this a couple of times, putting in recent sent email addresses, subject lines and information used to create my hotmail address over 10 years ago. I tired to verify my account with the account linked but this was unsuccessful as the code was not being received by the linked account so I had to have a code sent to a completely different account. I have been told as they could not verify I was the owner of my account then I should just create a new account. This is not viable. I have my email address linked to everything from my lawyer to my play station account and everything else in between. There must be something else I can do to get my account back.
