Account Hacked/stolen. All Contact Info Changed.
My hotmail account was hacked/stolen. All, and I do mean all, contact info changed. Reset password failed, two attempts at Account Recovery failed. In fact they claimed I did not provide them with enough info.
I set this account up years ago with a strong password. I do not answer phishing scams. I don't go to suspicious websites. I have anti virus protection. I have done everything possible to prevent this from happening.
Had MSN actually read my recovery request it would have been easy to see I was the actual owner of the account. None of my ORIGINAL contact info has changed since I set this account up.
