No Option To Edit Contact In My Contact List

When bringing up my contact list in hotmail, I wan to edit a contact but am not given an edit option

Hi,

First we will go to People window, please follow the below instruction to do so:

Open Hotmail > bottom left side, click Contacts > here is your People window > all your contacts are on the left.

To edit a contact in your main contact list, follow the instruction below:

On your People window all your contacts are on the left > click at the contact's name (not its check box) > toolbar at top, click Edit > click Save when done.
Note: Edit option will not appear until you have selected a contact.
