How Do I Close My Hotmail Account Immediately?

Someone has hacked into my hotmail account. I need to close it imnediately.

If you know the password for the account you can go to http://account.live.com, then sign in, and click "Close Account" to delete your Windows Live Account.

I can't login to Hotmail and need to close it immediately.
