why does Hotels .com not make refunds on double charges

You can contact the hotel that double charged you directly and request a refund or you can ontact Call us for free at (877) 903-0071
(24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Send us an Email with any non-urgent questions

You will need to show proof of the double charge before a refund is given.
