Why Is My Check System Indicator Still Red?

I have emptied the dirt cup, rinsed the filter twice. Cleaned the hepa filter properly and checked everywhere for a possible clog.  Everything is clean, and working. But my indicator is all red. I dont know what else could be wrong. Help?!
