No More Self Propelled

My Hoover 300 Platinum Windtunnel model has worked well for years. Love it! However, I just started it up after a move - its been in storage for a month. It no longer has the self-propel properties. The suction works well - no unusual noise. It takes two hands and lots of abs to move through carpet. Any advise? I have pulled the plate off and cleaned off the roller bar of all hair and carpet fibers.

you just need a new belt--had 2 of these and replacing belt fixes every time
