Hoover U8315960 Won't Turn On

My Hoover windtunnel U8315960 won't turn on. Was working fine. Hasn't been dropped, damaged or anything else. Just wont turn on. Any ideas?

It resets so the motor doesn't burn up...it will restart later, but I think there is another problem going on....at least there is with mine...it's not suctioning either.
