Hoover Spotless Leaks Contents Of The Solution Tank Out The Bottom Of The Unit.

I reset the Solution Tank but it must be internal. This was the first time we ever used it. It leaked from the 3 holes indicated in the attached picture. We bought it in March of 2021 but serious health issues and attempts to renovate our home (with unscrupulous contractors) derailed our rtrain of thought so we set ol Spotless aside in a closet and forgot about it. What can we do now? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.Will
