My Bh50140 Arrived With A Broken Plastic Part
My BH50140 arrived with a broken plastic part. Will I have to send the entire vacuum in for service? The part is on the main body of the vacuum. It is the blue button you press to release the handle.I have tried to call twice but have not been home to call during the call hours.

Common sense would say you could just send the broken part back (if it's detachable) but you may want to contact Hoover to find out for sure.
