Dirt Cup Trap Door
I just received my Hoover Linx today and it is assembled and working. However, When I depress the dirt cup release button it won't open. Suggestions?

Press the release button firmly & pull the top of the dirt cup away from the holder. It may need to be pulled away at first because the cup seals are brand new, over time it will be easier to release. If it can't be tipped from the top of the cup pulling on it then the latch is not releasing & may be defective.
