Which Wires To Connect To Ob?

My house has two heating/and one cooling systems. It has 6 wires from the wall( Y, W, R, G, Br, and Blue). I connected Y for cooling, W for heating, R for 24v, and G for fan. I know Br wire for reversing to cool (when I set COOL on thermostat, the system run HEAT, but if Y and Br was connected together, it run COOL). When Setting HEAT on thermostat, another heating system running(not compressor). How to connect another wires to OB? Thanks you!
