Heat Only Will Turn On When You Turn The Fan To On
I install a new Honeywell thermostat model TH5220D1003.
The A\C works great turn fan to auto turn to cool fan and compresor kicks on when get to set temp A\C goes off.
When i switch it to heat adjust the temp to higher them room tempacher heat don't kick on. When i turn the fan to on the contactor for the heat pulls in and the fan turns on. Is this a bad thermostat? wireing from furnace one red one yellow one white one green. I have a Trane model TWG025A140B1.
