Temp Display And Temp Setting
the temp showing for room and the temp setting are 3 degrees off. showing temp of room at 66 and have temp set to 69.

Most thermostats have a temperature range setting (usually 2 to 3 degrees.) If your unit has the capability you can change the range, check your manual for the process, if possible.
