We Are Getting No Display From Honeywell T8411r Thermostat

we are getting no display from Honeywell T8411R thermostat, what is the most likely problem?

If the thermostat has batteries check that first. If not, you have a breaker for the a/h and the condensing unit.Both breakers are in your main panel. If it's not marked, turn off and back on firmly all 2 pole/double breakers.Some times they are tripped, but you can't detect. If that doesn't do it,go to the air handler and check for 230 v.
If you have 230v at the a/h, see if you have a low voltage fuse on the circuit board. Next pop off the cover to the stat and check for 24 AC volts between C and R terminals. It's going to be one of these things.
