Anticipator Setting

Currently have a Honeywell T8196A thermostat and using it on a gas heat (forced air) and cooling system.. The brand name of the system is a York. Could you tell me what the correct anticipator setting should be ? Lately it seems the system has been cycling on and off in very short cycles.. Thanks
