Update: Rth7600d Backlight Not Working

The Answer Did Not Help !!! Today I Setup The Schedule (mon-sun) And Had To Use A Flashlight !!! Tomorrow Will Call Honeywell Customer Service To See If They Have A Fix, Because After Reading The Reviews The Backlight Problem Has Been Known For Awhile...

It is best to have your device examined by the manufacturers.

The following procedure outlines the process for returning equipment for warranty and non-warranty repair.

Please use the form listed below or call 1-800-782-4263, option 3, to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.

An RMA number must be issued to receive service on your product. When requesting an RMA number, the following information must be provided:

Model and serial number of each unit being retuned
Brief description of the problem for each unit
Contract number and turn time, if applicable
Contact, billing and return shipment addresses
Billable payment process for any non-warranty repairs (credit card numbers need to be phoned in. No credit card numbers will be accepted via email). We will provide the flat rate service fee for your repair.
