My Honeywell Enviracaire Elite He265a107 Humidifier Does Not Work

Hi Sir, My humidifier does not work. I turned it on, and checked the water supper, it's good, but no water flow into the filter after heater turned on. can you please give me some idea what wrong with it, Thank you!
