Check the fuse. There is a fuse located inside the keypad. If the fuse is blown, the keypad will not turn on. You can replace the fuse with a new one that has the same amperage rating.

Check the batteries. If the keypad is battery-powered, make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly and that they are not dead. You can try replacing the batteries with new ones to see if that resolves the issue.

Reset the keypad. If you have checked all of the above and the keypad is still not turning on, you can try resetting it. To do this, press and hold the S and 0 buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds. The keypad will reset and all of the settings will be restored to factory defaults.

If you have checked all of the above and the keypad is still not turning on, you may need to contact Honeywell customer support for assistance. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and determine if there is a problem with the keypad.

Here are some additional tips:

If you are using the keypad with a wireless system, make sure that the system is turned on and that the keypad is within range of the receiver.

If you have recently changed the batteries, make sure that you inserted them correctly. The positive (+) terminal should be facing up.

If you have reset the keypad and it is still not turning on, you may need to replace the keypad.
