Why Is My Honeywell Not Removing Odor?
I purchased this machine at Amazon because it had great reviews. It does move air and pick up dust and hair but it does not remove odor. The area it is in is smaller than the description size of the room.

This is from Honeywells site: The Honeywell True HEPA air purifier offers 3 powerful cleaning levels and can help reduce the amount of odors and airborne particles in large rooms. The operative word being can help. It also states Carbon Pre-filter, 38002. Recommended that the pre-filter be replaced at least every 3 months, the carbon is the deoderizer.
