Rear Fuse Opanel

what does the ecu rr fuse control? I am connecting t-peice for trailor lights and need a 7.5 fuse to go in #2 slot. trailor wiring package came with only 10 amp fuse and I was wondering if the #13 slot is active on my 2013 Odyssey lx?thanks
