Clearing The Eps System Indicator In 2013 Honda Accord Sports Model..

I recently had a flat tyre and I changed it with the spare tyre. As I drove the car home, the EPS indicator and the VSA indicator came on togthr with the TPMS indicator. If I replace the spare tyre with the standard tyre would these light clear off automatically..
