2008 Honda Cr-v 2.2 Diesel New Shape
where is the electric fuel pump and relay car will not start unless you pump bulb/bleeder cuts out as soon as you stop pumping.

I had the same problem on my 2007 I-CDTI ES model. To answer your question there is no electrical fuel pump, it is driven by a cam on the engine block, if you open the bonnet and look on the your right hand side where the battery is you'll see the air filter to the left of the filter between the filter and the engine block is black lump of metal (well mine is black) attached to the engine block this is the fuel pump. Honda quoted me £2000.00 got it done by an independent fuel specialist for £800.
