2008 Honda Accord Ex L V-6 Rear Defroster Not Working

checked 40 amp fuse and relay under hood fuse relay box, fuse had continuity as did relay when voltage was applied. fuses in driver's fuse box ok. checked for voltage at +A point 0 volts as was the grid. not sure how to test switch or follow lines as I don't have a diagram of the circuit.
