2001 Honda Accord Won't Start.
2001 Honda Accord EX-V6. Started ok, drove about 2 miles, parked. When try to restart about 5 minutes later, car wouldn't start. No cranking, no clicking, nothing. In past, Transmission shift lever not fully in Park position. When tried to shift out and back into Park, brake pedal wouldn't release shift lever. Used override to release shift lever and tried to start, all dash lights and readouts go blank. nothing from engine. Tried reseating battery cables and jumping, nothing. Still having brake release of shift lever issue as well (pretty sure this is because no power for brake solenoid to work)

The most common cause for such troubles is the ignition switch (over 100,000 miles ? time to get a new switch).
Until you have determined it NOT to be the ignition switch don't waste any money looking into fuel delivery troubles - fuel pumps, filters, and injectors almost never cause trouble (sadly most people suspect them first and spend too much money learning where not to look for proper repairs).
Has your check engine lamp come on recently ?
Have you had anyone pull trouble code numbers from the computer ?
Has the engine ever over heated ?
Average, low, or high miles on your odometer ?
Please add more info to your question, I'd love to help get your car back to being 100% rreliable.
UPDATED answer after new info:
(and thank you for that, more info always helps)
Yes, by ignition switch I mean the electrical portion of the mechanical place the key goes. This is a known failure point for high mileage (your car is high mileage) pre-1999 Honda's (all years, all models, and sorry I don't know if Honda has addressed the problem post 1998 or not - I just don't know). The ignition switch wasn't designed robustly enough for those of us that enjoy using our cars regularly, and frequently.
You put in a new air filter; that's good, every second or third year is fine... don't listen to anyone that says each year it's needed, they just don't know how to be sure you'll remember every third year, so they say each year.
You put in some Fuel treatment; yes, you can feel "better safe than sorry, it's only 4 bucks", but the truth is, they make money (lots of money) selling it - and it's a very (and I mean VERY) rare occasion that it helps.
You changed the spark plugs; another good one, if the starting problem goes away -- your spark plug gap may have become too large (new ones will solve that problem just as quickly as bending the ground electrode on the old plugs and reinstalling them).
You never mentioned if (to your knowledge) the engine has ever over heated, if not (and installing new spark plugs doesn't make the trouble go away) then please look into having the ignition switch replaced. Although uncommon, another known failure mechanism of Honda ignition switches with high mileage is sudden engine stalling (and then it re-starts just fine), so please consider a new ignition switch part of the "after 160,000 miles" maintenance cost of owning the car (and keeping it safe for you and your family).
Another place to put effort IF, (any time in the past) it HAS over heated, then some solid state device inside the engine bay may have become intermittent (unreliable) -- (but to me, and in your case it sounds like the ignition switch, or if you're lucky the spark plugs).
