My 1993 Honda Civic Of Won't Start At Times, Especially In Hot Summer Days.

Please help me with my car, I have a 93 civic lx, that I have hard time starting sometimes , especially in summer when it's hot. No DTC'S ON DASH, I have new spark plugs, distributer,plug wires. The engine cranks over but won't start , sounds to me like fuel issue, but fuel pressure is normal. Thank you for your help.
